We selected serious and reliable partners in each of the proposed countries, our being priorities :

• The good state of horses, their adaptation, the respect which is granted(tuned) to them,
• The safety and the quality of the supervision,

• Of small groups of 6-8 riders on average, to keep equestrian levels homogeneous and faster rhythm.

The quality of these rides is verified regularly by our teams, during spot trips, and by contacting systematically our customers to collect their feed back.

Choice

Every year, we investigate new destinations, and today it are more than 100 rides in 40 countries which we propose you, with departures all year long!

You will always find a ride in your own taste : rustic trails at small prices or luxury trails, programs studied for families and non-riders, riding trails for teenagers and children...

Many of these rides are exclusivities Randocheval (Sri Lanka, Rumania, Hungary, Catalonia, Translusitania, Crete, Tunisia, Kenya, South Africa, Namibia, randos US, Ecuador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Atacama, Brazil, Peru, Mongolia, Rajasthan, Bali). This means you'll find these programs anywhere else.

Liberty

Numerous possibilities of extra stay at your convenience, you are not forced to plan your departures dates and return on those of the group.

Leave with the persons you want : we guarantee some trails from 2 riders and we can organize a special departure for you and your friends.

Price

We established privileged partnerships with many of our guides, for whom we often represent 60 to 80 % of their annual customers at the world level, what guarantees you the best price.

We issue ourselves plane tickets, and we negotiated special rates as tour operator specialized with the airline companies which serve our main destinations.

By will of transparency, we indicate exactly for every trail what is included and what is not it, and we include all the airport taxes and the running excess loads.

Guarantees

We are holders of Travel agent's license, compulsory to sell rides abroad (with or without plane ticket).

We assume thus directly and completely the professional responsibility of the rides that we propose you (Titre VII of the law n°92-645).

To exercise this responsibility, the law requires certain guarantees intended to protect you, in particular :

• Total and unlimited financial guarantee of the deposits which you give us (the APS, the body which stands surety travel agencies in France, moreover awarded us the Challenge of the New Entrepreneur of the Tourism 1999).
  

• Professional third-party insurance adapted to the responsibility defined by the law (more than 1,5 million euros).

• Certification of the professional capacities.

The respect for these obligations is guaranteed to you by our Travel agent's license n° LI 077980005, checked and renewed every year by the Prefecture.
