The Island of Gods is known all over the world for its relaxed rhythm of life, its coloured rituals, the beauty of its landscapes made of rice fields and beaches stretching as far as the eye can see... Enjoy holidays mixing exceptional equestrian services and good quality accommodation. Freedom is the word to describe these holidays in Bali ! After a trail ride on the beach, you can enjoy a traditional massage (optional - non included) or the visit of the numerous places of interest of the island : temple of Tanah Lot or Beszaki, artisanal village of Ubud... To enjoy longer holidays, and discover another island of Indonesia, you can combine this riding stay in Bali with our riding stay in Lombok!

ITINERARY

Day 1 : Bali
Meeting at the airport in Denpasar. You are driven to the resort near Kuta Beach.
At the resort, you are free to settle in your room and enjoy the beauty of the place and landscape.
You can have dinner anywhere, and then spend your first night at the hotel.

From day 2 to day 7 : Bali
Located on 1,6 hectares composed of tropical gardens and ricefields, nearby the beach (25 minutes ride on horseback), our resort proposes a stay in one of the best riding facilities on the island. For your pleasure, the resort offers a varied equestrian program, adapted to novice and experimented riders.

It includes :
- 1 hour dressage lesson in the resort arena.
- 1 day trail in the mountains.
- 9 hours of trail on the Batu Belig Beach. During all of these excursions, you can discover local villages, you go across tropical landscapes dotted with ricefields. Riders of all levels can witness the traditional Balinese lifestyle from horseback, and will came home with unforgettable memories of magical rides in the land of smiles.

More activities can be proposed by the hotel. There are, for exemple, different kinds of massages possible in a nice Spa : aroma therapy, Balinese massage, hot stone massage, 4 hands synchronic massage, etc. These optional services must be booked and paid on the premises when you arrive there (a massage is from 20€ on).

Day 8 : Bali
End of the stay. If needed, transfer to Denpasar airport.

EXTEND YOUR TRIP

Extend your trip to Ubud ! Ubud benefits from a great artistic reputation, thanks to its painting workshops and picture galleries. It is a quiet village, out of time, where you can discover local activities, watch the craftsmen work, enter temples, attend dance shows and walk in the countryside and ricefields. In Ubud, you should visit the galleries, enter the workshops and spend some time at the museum (the Puri Lukisan). This museum houses a huge collection of balinese paintings and sculptures. You should also take some time to walk in the charming village, among its market, its temples, and its houses dotted among the greenery.

HORSES AND REQUIRED RIDING LEVEL

Horses:
The stables of the resort shelter 30 horses and ponies of different breeds.
Most of the horses were imported from Australia, Europe, and New Zealand. They are chosen for their versatility. They are very well treated and perfectly adapted to the different disciplines : dressage, jumping or trailing.
The structure is outstanding : outdoor arena with a view on the swimming pool, covered arena, stables...

High quality English tack ensures safety and comfort

Riding level required:
This stay is adapted to novice riders as well as confirmed riders.

Useful information
Children are welcome if they are with an adult.
You do not have to wear an helmet, but we recommend you to wear one. Helmets can be lent for free at the stables.
Maximum weight : 85kg
Non-riders are welcome, because many activities are possible for them (surfing, scubadiving, excursions, shopping...). Some of these activities are not free and have to be paid directly on the spot.

YOUR GUIDES

You will be guided by professional guides who know perfectly well their region and horses.
Qualified European and local instructors teach Dressage and Show Jumping.

ACCOMMODATION

The resort stretches on 1.6 hectares, combining tropical gardens and elegant guest accommodations.

The accommodations have been meticulously built and furnished with pieces of art and calicos selected with taste. The wooden furniture is often from coco palm trees.
Every accommodation enjoys a view on the ricefields. A private balcony in every bedroom invites you to relax in front of this unobstructed view.

Every bedroom has air conditioning, private bathroom, mini-bar, telephone, TV. The resort owns a restaurant proposing a great variety of meals.
Careful: Only breakfasts are included in the package.

Inside the resort, you will find an outdoor salted-water swimming pool with a small waterfall on its shore, a playground for children and an outdoor restaurant with a view on the swimming pool.

You can take advantage of the different services provided by the resort : car rental, taxi service, transfer and organization of a visit on the island, babysitting service, souvenir shop, etc. All of these services are to be paid and booked directly at the resort.
