Why travelling with Randocheval ?

In the heart of the Andes, Ecuador shelters a magnificent playground for the loving riders of big spaces and millennium traditions...   You will ride to the Volcanoes Avenue, which collects the highest active volcanoes of the world: Corazon, Ruminahui, Viudita, Ilinizas, Pasochoa and the most famous Cotopaxi.

In the high meadows, you will meet chagras (local gauchoes and cowboys), before coming down again in the valleys where you'll discover nest colored villages.

You will ride through an intact nature of wet subtropical forests and altitude foggy forests sheltering numerous botanical species : wild orchids and the famous quishuar (the Incas used this plant in the food to supply the positive energy).

Concerning fauna, you will cross Llamas and the other Camelidae of the Andes, as well as symbolic condor.

The accommodation is one of key points of these rides, and you will discover throughout your adventure, charming traditional haciendas, overhung by a multitude of snowy summits.

Special departures are planned to participate in the gathering of the herds (round up and cattle drive) by chagras dressed in their multicoloured ponchos and traditional chaps, in one of the most important haciendas of the high plateau.

A big part of the cattle is constituted by free high bulls of fight, you thus have to be a confirmed rider to be able to join the work of nearness.
