Brazil is still almost unknown on horseback European travelers. And nevertheless, this immense country of South America offers equestrian experiences so unexpected as varied!

First of all, and naturally, Pantanal, where the ecosystem can be compared with this one of Okavango in Africa: seasonal floods give to these immense plains a big fertility, exploited by fazendas, local version of the ranches of breeding. They also allow the development of a very rich wild fauna which finds there at the same moment a lot of water and vegetation.

For the trail rider, it is thus the unique opportunity to conjugate in a single journey the discovery of the working equitation of the local gauchoes and the horseback safaris in this exceptional wild environment.

Trail rides in the Park of Sao Joaquim (State of Santa Catarina) offer you quite other face, with spectacular mountains interrupted with canyons which seem bottomless... Vertiginous Waterfalls, vegetation and varied fauna make of this journey a surprising discovery of the South of Brazil.
