ITINERARY

Sponsored by both Mongolian and French Equestrian Federation, Randocheval creates the Randocheval Endurance Race, to celebrate friendship between mongolian and western riders.
On August 5th ,2012 , a extraodinary endurance race will take place in the mongolian steppes...Fifty kilometers at the north of Oulan Bator, a hundred of riders will dash into a brotherly event and share full equestrian emotions...
Teams are made of a western rider and a mongolian rider for a 30km or a 60km race, according to your choice. Each team as to cross the finishing line together !
Your success is then depending on both equestrian and communication skills in spite of the language and equestrian culture differences !

On the evening a great party will allow all of us to celebrate the winners and the Mongolians and Western riders !

Saturday ,4 August
Transfer to "race track", 55km from Oulan Bator.
Fitting out in the yurt camp or in the cabin.
Dinner and night in the camp.

Sunday ,5 August Breakfast Assignment of the horses and creation of the team by drawing lots. Delayed departures of the participants according to the race they are doing. Lunch could be taken at the restaurant depending of the arrival time. At the end of the afternoon, annoucement of the placing and party to celebrate the end of this wonderful day.

Monday ,6 August
Breakfast.
Transfer to Oulan Bator to continue your trip in Mongolia or for your flight back.

ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS

Accommodation The two nights are spent in cabin on a double room basis to be shared or in yurt (up to 4 people in it). Les deux nuits sont passées en chalet en chambre double à partager ou en yourte. Shared facilities, very basic comfort. No single room. Catering Full board, lunch picnic, water, tea and coffea included (alcool beverages and soft drinks to be paid directly)

The race is set on August 5th ,2012.

Price : Special departures has been created on our different itineraries in Mongolia.

Recommended riding level :
You need to be at ease at all gaits and a confident riders for the 30km race and you should be fit enough to participate to the 60 km race.


To Know :
An animal control is planned as well as a doctor for horse and human security.
